The review includes interaction with TANESCO, REA, the Tanzanian regulator, assessment of mini-grid stability, grid interconnection, load forecast, national grid connection, solar resource assessment, operation & maintenance, and sponsor’s capacity.

- reviewing site location, output and transportation logistics;
