We often work on behalf of financial institutions to perform due diligence and monitor the implementation and operation of their assets and projects. Prior to financial closure, we perform due diligence of the proposed projects, development plans and designs with the goal of identifying and addressing potential hazards. During implementation we supervise construction and monitor disbursements. We monitor operations to help verify that assets are performing as envisioned.
